The leaves are turning yellow and orange, and the frost will be on the pumpkin soon. Autumn is here, and with it usually comes a change in menu. BBQ’s are put away and we turn to the oven as our means to create delicious meals for our family. Roasted pork, chicken and turkey replace the ribs and grilled shrimp on the barbi. With this menu change comes a switch from the crisp summer whites to the earthier and more robust reds that accompany our change in diet. Although Turkey certainly gets the prize for the most popular Thanksgiving choice, many enjoy other meats. Lamb is a very popular choice along with roasted pork and prime rib. Many people have turned to the vegetarian way of life also. Whatever it is you choose to accompany your Thanksgiving celebration with, I am sure that we will be able to supply you with a delicious wine to enhance your experience.
